SwissTurn Tool Manufacturing

As well as every large-scale production, swiss-turn is based on a high pace of work. That’s why we created an add-on which is especially dedicated to this industry and its sub-contractors, to allow them to amazingly save on production time, creating their own shaped tools.

Traditional swiss-turn method consists in synchronizing multiple cycles of ordinary turning tools, which induces tool changing times and multiplication of turning cycles.

STTM (SwissTurn Tool Manufacturing) add-on allows to export the final part geometry towards GO2cam Wire EDM, to create the exact opposite shaped tool. Then, the tailormade tool will be used to produce the part on a single faultless cycle.
